I've used Thompson since moving to Spartaburg in June 2021. Their service is great - they show up when they say they will and explain charges before it's time to pay. I don't have much experience with costs as this is my first house, but in my opinion their prices are reasonable. I only have two complaints - that my brand new air conditioner was dropped during installation and the installers didn't say anything about it and no discount was offered for the dents, and that no measurements were taken when I was purchasing my new units in January to ensure they would fit through the attic access. The framing for the access door had to be taken apart so the unit could fit upstairs and that could have been prevented with a tape measure. I'm overall happy with the service and will continue to use Thompson for my heating/air needs.
